• Adaline is almost two now and starting to have opinions about everything
• I co-founded Flojo, Inc. with Baljeet Aulakh — we make software for people figuring out how AI fits into their work
• We’re building FloImg (open source image tools) and The Competitive Space (visual competitive intelligence)
• AI has completely changed how I build software — I use Claude Code daily and most of my coding is now conversational
• Spending time with Adaline and Becki is the best part of every day
• I’m trying to write more again
• I’ve been listening to probably way too many podcasts
• Starting golf lessons soon
